Online Licensing Renewals Open Tuesday

Licensees will receive an email for online licensing renewals on Tuesday, May 10th. Reminder emails will be sent once a week until your renewal is complete. The deadline for licensing renewals is June 30th, 2022.

Brokers will be responsible for renewing the brokerage licence, audit fees, any branch office licences, their broker licence, and, if applicable, their approved sales corporation licence. All other licensees will be responsible for renewing their real estate licence and, if applicable, their approved sales corporation licence.

Using the online portal, brokers are able to look up their own licensees to confirm they have renewed their licence.

The Licence Renewal Resource page is available with video tutorials, a user manual, and important information about payment methods and deadlines.
