Real Estate Trading Act & Regulations
The Nova Scotia Real Estate Trading Act establishes the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission as the regulatory body for real estate in the province.

Commission By-law
The Commission is given the authority to establish and enforce the By-law necessary to regulate the real estate industry in Nova Scotia through the Real Estate Trading Act.
