Real Estate Trading Act & Regulations
The Nova Scotia Real Estate Trading Act establishes the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission as the regulatory body for real estate in the province.
IMPORTANT DATES REMINDER!
1. MANDATORY - CPE Deadline: June 15. Salespeople have 1 course to complete and broker-level licensees have 2 courses. For more information, click HERE.
2. MANDATORY - Licence Renewal Deadline: June 30. To renew your licence, go to the Commission’s online Licensee Portal. For questions, issues or to learn more, click HERE.
Failure to complete your CPE(s) or renew your licence(s) will result in automatic licence termination effective July 1.
3. VOLUNTARY - Deadline to Submit Your Name to Serve on a Committee: June 5. To put your name forward, click HERE.
