The real estate forms below are for the use of licensees who are not members of the Nova Scotia Association fo Realtors® (non-members). These versions are password protected because they are only for non-member use. The non-member versions contain the same information as member forms, with the exclusion of the realtor® trademark and clauses refering to the MLS® SERVICES.
If you are a licensee who is a member of the NSAR, you can access the member versions through WebForms.
If you are a member of the public, the Commission has secure/watermarked versions of the forms available for consumer information only, not for trading in real estate. You can view these versions on the About Real Estate Forms page.
