Committee Submissions Deadline is Tuesday
If you have already submitted your name this year, thank you for your willingness to serve, and you can disregard this section of the bulletin.
Tuesday, May 20 at 4:30pm is the deadline for licensees and members of the public to submit their name to serve on the following committees for the June 2025 - June 2026 term: Commercial, Complaints Review, Discipline, Education, Forms and Licensing.

The Board of Directors strongly encourages participation from individuals of diverse backgrounds, as the Commission believes diversity enriches our organization and fosters innovation and inclusivity in our decision-making processes. To be eligible to serve on a committee, licensees must be in good standing per Commission by-law 225.
Current committee members who wish to serve another term are still required to submit their name.
All individuals who complete the committee submission will be entered into a draw for a $100 gas gift card.

Important Dates Reminder
May 28: Broker and MAB Survey deadline
The Commission sent a bulletin to brokers and managing associate brokers asking for their participation in a survey on four different important topics. The link to participate is in the broker bulletin sent on May 14. The deadline is 4pm on May 28.
June 15: Mandatory CPE Courses
Depending on your licence category, licensees must complete their required CPE course(s) on the NSAR Learning Platform before 11:59 pm on June 15, 2025.
All licence categories (salespeople, associate brokers, managing associate brokers and brokers) must complete Revisiting Consumer Relationships.
Associate brokers, managing associate brokers and brokers must also complete a second course: Broker Responsibilities Refresh.
June 30: Online Licensing Renewal Deadline
July 1: By-law and Forms Updates Effective
The Commission By-law will be updated to reflect the revised Parts 1—Definitions, 7—Conduct and Trade Practices and 8—Discipline. Numerous Commission forms will be revised, largely to coincide with the By-law updates.
