NSREC Mandatory CPE Course for 2025-2026
The 2025-2026 mandatory CPE course Professionalism Sells: Building Trust and Credibility is available now via the NSAR Learning Platform.
Licensees are required to complete the CPE course Professionalism Sells before 11:59 p.m. on June 15, 2026 or they will not be able to renew their licence and will not be eligible for renewal until the course is complete.
This year’s course focuses on the soft skills of communication and professionalism by examining three topics:

Relationships with consumers

Relationships with each other
-
Procedures and Etiquette for showing properties
The course will present multiple case studies to illustrate real life issues and will reinforce licensee knowledge using interactive questions for each case.

Commission Office Closure
The office will be closed on Friday, December 12 for office maintenance. Staff will be working remotely and can be reached via voicemail or email. To view the staff directory, click HERE.
January Exam Writing for Old SLC and Broker Students
In January, the in-person exam writings for students who took the old Salesperson Licensing Course (students who enrolled prior to August 1, 2024) and students who took the Broker Licensing Course will be held at the NSAR office in Dartmouth. There will be a morning and afternoon writing on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
