Election Results
Thank you to the four nominees who put their name forward for this year's election. The winner of the 2025 election for a position on the Commission's Board of Directors is Logan Morse, managing associate broker for Royal LePage Atlantic. Congratulations Logan!

Chair and Vice-Chair Election
Following the AGM, the Commission's Board of Directors held an election for chairperson and vice chairperson. Aaron Millen, broker for Turning Point Real Estate Limited, was re-elected as chairperson, and Logan Morse, managing associate broker for Royal LePage Atlantic, was re-elected as vice chairperson. Congratulations Aaron and Logan!

NSAR Appointment 
Sandi Lee, salesperson for Century 21 Trident Realty Limited, was appointed by the NSAR to the Commission Board of Directors. Congratulations Sandi!

Outgoing Board Member
The Commission staff and Board of Directors wish to thank Kim Fox, salesperson for Re/Max Nova, for her dedication and service. Kim was an NSAR appointment, and served six years (two terms) on the Board, including serving as the Chair of the Complaints Review Committee.

Salesperson Licence Renewal Fee Reduction

Effective with the upcoming 2025 licensing renewal period starting next month, the renewal fee for salesperson licences will be reduced by $50.

This change was recommended by the Finance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.

Renewal fees for other licences and first-time licensing fees remain the same.
