The Bylaw Task Force Requests Your Feedback
The NSREC’s Board of Directors struck a Bylaw Task Force on April 5, 2018. The purpose of the Bylaw Task Force is to review and assess the current NSREC Bylaws to ensure they are consistent with the NSREC’s mandate.

The Bylaw Task Force is seeking input from licensees regarding the current Bylaw. Please reference the Bylaw section(s)/clause(s) in your email.

Provide True Copies of Real Estate Agreements
All licensees are required, under the Real Estate Trading Act, to deliver a true copy of the agreement to each party to the agreement. A true copy is an exact copy of an agreement. A copy of the agreement (Brokerage Agreement or Agreement of Purchase and Sale) must be left with the client/customer at the time of signing. If the contract is amended, the client/customer must receive a copy of the amendment.
