Commission structure | | The Commission is comprised of a voluntary Board of Directors (Commissioners), three volunteer committees, and eight full-time staff members. The following sections describe the make-up and duties of our volunteers. |
Registrar’s role | | The Registrar is a statutory position established by the Real Estate Trading Act and is also the Commission's Chief Administrative Officer. |
Role of the Provincial Government | | The Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations has been assigned responsibility for the Nova Scotia Real Estate Trading Act. Therefore, the Minister represents the Provincial Government in matters related to the Act.
