Commission Bylaw

The Real Estate Trading Act is the provincial legislation that establishes the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission and the regulation of the real estate industry.

Section 8 of the Real Estate Trading Act gives the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission the authority to establish and enforce the Bylaw necessary to regulate the real estate industry in Nova Scotia.
