Submit a Complaint

Before submitting a complaint, please review the Complaints information in this section of the Web site and the Complaint, Investigation, and Discipline Process brochure, which will assist you in completing your complaint.

Your complaint can be submitted by email, however, the Commission will require clear copies of all documentation in support of your complaint, such as:

• Agreement of Purchase and Sale
• Listing Agreement
• Agency Disclosure Form
• Property Condition Disclosure Statement
• Listing Addendum
• All correspondence between yourself and the licensee(s)
• All documents relating to a Property Management transaction

You must also complete and submit a Permission to Share Form.
